I’m a human-centered strategist with an MBA in Design Strategy and a foundation in mathematics and sociology — a combination that’s shaped how I approach complex challenges: with both empathy and rigor.
For me, meaningful work sits at the intersection of insight, creativity, and systems thinking. Over the past decade, I’ve led projects that translate deep human understanding into actionable strategies — from designing new products and services to helping organizations evolve the way they work. My career began in market research, where I learned to see patterns in data and stories in numbers. Since then, I’ve applied that same curiosity and analytical mindset to designing experiences, cultures, and strategies that genuinely improve people’s lives. I’m most energized by work that allows me to: Connect deeply with people — customers, employees, or communities Design creative solutions rooted in empathy and evidence Shape big-picture strategies that balance purpose and performance Coach teams through ambiguity toward meaningful change Whether I’m facilitating a co-design workshop, mapping a complex system, or reframing a strategic challenge, I aim to bridge the human and the organizational — helping teams move from insight to impact. |
